This Privacy Policy explains how Gilang Wasis ("I", "me") handles information at shop.gilangwasis.xyz (the "Site"). It works together with the Site's Terms & Conditions.
My approach is to collect as little as possible. The Site requires no account, login, or registration to browse or download projects.
1. Information I Collect
- Download statistics. Anonymous, aggregate counts (such as how many times a project was downloaded). These are numbers only and do not identify anyone.
- Server logs. My hosting provider automatically records standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) as part of normal server operation. This is used only for security and stability.
- Custom development inquiries. If you contact me about custom app development, I receive the information you choose to send, including your email address and message.
I do not collect email addresses or personal information to download or use projects on this Site.
2. Server-Processed Features
Some features are processed on my server rather than on your device. For these, your input is processed to return a result and is not stored. No usage history or record of your activity is kept.
3. How I Use Information
- Download statistics: to understand which projects are useful.
- Server logs: to keep the Site secure and running.
- Inquiry data: solely to respond to your custom development request.
I do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
4. Sharing
I do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Information is handled only by the infrastructure providers needed to run the Site (such as hosting and, where used, database services). They process data on my behalf under their own terms. I do not otherwise share your information, except where required by law.
5. Data Retention
- Download statistics and server logs: kept only as long as needed for security and basic analytics, then discarded.
- Inquiry data: kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted on request or when no longer needed.
6. Your Rights
Because inquiry data may identify you, you may, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022):
- Ask what information about you I hold.
- Ask me to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Security
I use HTTPS to protect data in transit and limit access to any information I hold. No system is completely secure; I cannot guarantee absolute security, but I keep collected data to a minimum to reduce risk.
8. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 18. I do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes
I may update this Policy. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
10. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
