1. Acceptance

By browsing the Site or downloading anything from it, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the Site and Product in this site (APP, APK, Web, CLI, etc).

The Site requires no account, login, or registration.

2. Licensing of Projects

Each project is governed by its own license.

• Proprietary projects (including my applications and web projects, unless stated otherwise) are provided free for personal use only. You may not sell, redistribute, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from them without my prior written permission.
• Open-source projects are governed entirely by the open-source license stated on their page and included in their repository (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, or GPL). Nothing in these Terms restricts any right that license grants you.
• If a project page states no license, all rights are reserved and you must contact me before using it beyond personal evaluation.

The name, logo, and branding of the Site and its projects are not covered by any project license and remain my property.

3. Installation & Your Responsibility

Some applications are distributed as installable packages (for example, Android APK files) rather than through an official app store.

• You are responsible for what you install on your own devices.
• Installing from outside an official store may require changing your device's security settings. You do this at your own risk.
• Only download from this Site or from repositories I have officially linked. I am not responsible for copies redistributed elsewhere, which may have been altered.

4. Server-Processed Features & Data

Some features are processed on my server rather than on your device. For these features:

• Your input is processed to return a result, and is not stored.
• No account, personal data, usage history, or logs of your activity are collected or retained.

The Site's hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information (such as IP address) as part of normal server operation, used only for security and stability, not to identify you.

I do not collect email addresses or require any personal information to download or use projects on this Site.

Individual applications may handle data differently once installed. Check each project's own documentation.

5. Custom Development Requests

Any custom app request is an inquiry only, not a contract. Scope, pricing, timelines, ownership, and payment are agreed separately in writing before any work begins. For custom development requests, please contact me directly by email.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All projects are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These are personal and research projects. Some are experimental. I do not guarantee any project will be error-free, secure, continuously available, or suitable for production use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or any project obtained from it, including data loss, device damage, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian law, including under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.

8. Availability & Changes

Projects may be updated, moved, archived, or removed at any time without notice. I may suspend or discontinue the Site entirely.

These Terms may be revised. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after a revision means you accept it.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall be resolved through the courts of Indonesia.
